Hi, I’m Fiona, the owner of Murdo's Pampered Paws in Fort William. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a deep love for animals, especially dogs. I’ve been lucky enough to turn my passion for dogs into a profession. I trained and qualified extensively in dog grooming to ensure I could provide the best care possible for each and every dog that comes through my doors.
I’ve always believed that every dog deserves to be treated with kindness, patience, and respect. That’s why I created Murdo's Pampered Paws—to offer a calm, stress-free 1-1 grooming experience where pets feel safe and loved. I take the time to understand each dog's unique needs and ensure they leave looking and feeling their best.
When I’m not at the salon, you’ll likely find me exploring the beautiful Scottish Highlands with my dog, Murdo, who inspired the name of my business. I can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to Murdo’s Pampered Paws!

As the official Chief Barketing Officer, Murdo takes his job very seriously—or as seriously as a dog can. When he’s not busy inspecting treat quality or napping in the cosiest spots in the salon, Murdo can be found greeting clients with a wagging tail and a winning smile. With years of experience in tail wags, belly rubs, and the art of looking adorable, Murdo ensures that every visitor leaves with a smile. His motto? "If it smells good and feels good, it must be Murdos approved!"

The story of Murdos Pampered Paws
When I first envisioned Murdo’s Pampered Paws, I imagined a warm, welcoming dog grooming salon that would feel tailored to each dog’s unique needs. Finding the right space was key, and after months of searching, we finally found our salon alongside our forever home—a property with a garage that we converted. Though it didn’t look like much at first, I knew this was the place where my dream could come to life.
With a lot of determination and the help of a talented team of contractors, we completely gutted and rebuilt the garage, carefully designing each detail to ensure dogs feel calm and comfortable.
Today, that dream is a reality: a state-of-the-art salon where dogs of all breeds can come to feel pampered, safe, and loved. It’s been a journey, but Murdo’s Pampered Paws has truly become a place I’m proud to share with pets and their owners.
